These are the core ways you can work with Insights Wellbeing. You can begin gently with an exploratory call or step into ongoing individual therapy at a pace that works for you.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions where you explore what's been happening in your inner and outer world — thoughts, feelings, patterns, relationships, and history.

Frequency: Weekly / fortnightly · Format: Online video · Duration: 50 minutes

Workshops & Groups

Themed spaces focused on areas like stress, boundaries, grief, self-worth, or relationships. You learn, reflect, and share alongside others in a guided way.

Frequency: Periodic · Format: Online · Duration: Varies by workshop

Exploratory Call

A short, focused conversation to understand what's been on your mind and whether therapy here feels like the right fit for you right now.

Frequency: Once · Format: Online / phone · Duration: ~15–20 minutes

How do I know where to start?

Many people are unsure which option to choose at the beginning. It's completely okay to feel that way. You're not expected to have it all figured out before reaching out.

  1. If you're feeling unsure about therapy itself: start with an Exploratory Call to get a feel for the space.
  2. If you're already clear you want ongoing support: book Individual Therapy sessions.
  3. If you like learning in a group setting: keep an eye on Workshops & Groups for relevant themes.
